How To Attract Happiness Into Your Life

Our homes are an extension of who we are: what we do within the walls of our abodes shapes our mood, affects our productivity, and influences our outlook on life. If you can't avoid them, like people at work, your family, then don't let these people affect your mood and ruin your happiness.

People with strong and broad social relationships are happier, healthier and live longer. Letting go of the things that weren't meant to be has been difficult, but focusing on new and positive projects that make me happy and empowered has helped a lot.

Today you're healthy, today you're drinking that hot, delicious coffee, today you're all bundled up, today the sun is shining, today you can breathe, today you have a partner to hang out with, a friend who calls you, a boss who encourages you, today is today. Ask yourself, Will I still have all these things tomorrow?”  Well, … We can't answer that for sure, but certainly, by living in the past or worrying about the future, we lose the life we have today, which is perhaps the life that has the power to make us happy, but we just aren't able to realize it.

Focus on the people you do care about, and who provide positive benefits to your life. Then you should expect that even the loveliest people, even the most positive living beings, will hurt you from time to time. That reminds me of something I learned while working in a restaurant years ago… that if you walk around with a ketchup bottle in your hand and look busy, people will leave you alone.

Here are a few tips and tricks from experts on how you can be a happier person every day, starting right this second. Now it's possible that people who can afford time-saving help are happier to begin with. Rather than viewing exercise as a medical tool to lose weight, prevent disease, and live longer - all benefits that occur in the future - try viewing exercise as a daily tool to immediately enhance your frame of mind, reduce stress and feel happier.

Some of the people who make me happy are filthy minded, raucous and quite dark! I live with two older people, who both are not happy… hell one intentionally picks fights and such.
